NOTICE OF TAX SALE The resident and non-resident owners, lien holders and mortgagees of property in the Town of Stamford, in the County of Bennington and State of Vermont, are hereby notified that the taxes assessed by such Town for the municipal tax years beginning January 1, 2024 and January 1, 2025, and for school district taxes for the fiscal years beginning July 1, 2024 and July 1, 2025, remain, either in whole or in part, unpaid on the following described property in such Town, to wit: It being all and the same lands and premises conveyed to Verax Media, LLC by Limited Warranty Deed of Federal National Mortgage Association a/k/a Fannie Mae dated February 26, 2019 and recorded March 5, 2019 in Book 91 at Page 98 of the Stamford Land Records.
