TOWN OF LENOX Conservation Commission Notice of Public Hearing Pursuant to Chapter 131 Section 40 Massachusetts General Laws, the Lenox Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing at the Lenox Town Hall on Thursday September 3rd at 7:00PM on the subject of a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Matthew and Hannah Keatorfor property located at 27 Undermountain Road (map 10, parcel 6). The proposed project includes the removal of a portion of an existing asphalt driveway and replacement with concrete pavers. The work is located within the buffer zone of Bordering Vegetated Wetland located to the north and south of the work area and will be limited to the footprint of the existing driveway.
