EXECUTIVE OFFICE OF VETERANS SERVICES NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Please be advised that, in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30A, 2, notice is hereby given that the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Executive Office of Veterans Services ("EOVS") will hold a public hearing for the purpose of receiving comments regarding the proposed revisions to 108 CMR 2.00 through 9.00. The proposed amendments comprehensively revise the regulations governing the administration of Chapter 115 Veterans benefits. The revisions are intended to modernize and clarify the regulations, improve administrative efficiency, incorporate statutory changes, provide greater guidance regarding eligibility and financial determinations, update the appeals process, and ensure consistency throughout the regulatory framework governing the administration of benefits under M.G.L. c. 115.
