ADVERTISEMENT TO BID MGL c.149 $50K to $150K The GREAT BARRINGTON HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids f rom Contractors for the ARPA FF: Community Room Update 7A at State Aided Development: Brookside Manor (667-1) in Great Barrington, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by BRADLEY ARCHITECTS, INC.. The Project consists of but not limited to: New Kitchen and ADA toilet room. All new f inishes with minor electrical and plumbing. New f ire partition to separate the community room and apartment. The work is estimated to cost $106,528.00. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 07/21/2026 at 5:00PM EDT for general bids.
