CITY OF PITTSFIELD ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a hearing at Pittsfield City Hall, City Council Chambers on Wednesday July 22, 2026, at 7:00 P.M., to all parties interested in the petition of O'Connell Oil Associates, Inc requesting a Special Permit under Article 23 Section 8.3 of the Zoning Ordinance to replace an existing canopy with two smaller canopies and to reconfigure fuel storage tanks at a preexisting nonconforming service station. The applicant also requests exceptions under Article 25 Sections 2 and 5 of the Sign Ordinance to adjust gross square footage of signs. The subject property is located at 1025 South Street and is in a(n) B-G zoning district.
