City of Pittsfield Pittsfield Community Development Board Notice of Special Permit Public Hearing The Pittsfield Community Development Board will hold a public hearing on the application of Nolan and Christine Southard for a Special Permit under Article 23-4 Section 4.307 (Corner Lot Variation), of the Pittsfield Zoning Ordinance for property located at 1 Lori Court. The applicant seeks relief under Section 4.307 to modify the setback requirements on the property in order to treat the frontage on Holmes Road as if it was a side setback. The applicant proposes to construct a shed in the area that would currently be located in the Holmes Road front setback. The Community Development Board public hearing will be held at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, July 21st, 2026, and conducted through the Microsoft Teams Platform - access information can be found on the posted agenda or by contacting tkozlowski@pittsfieldma.gov.
