CITY OF PITTSFIELD NOTICE OF SPECIAL PERMIT PUBLIC HEARING PITTSFIELD CITY COUNCIL The City of Pittsfield in accordance with the provision of M.G.L Chapter 40A, Section 5, as amended, hereby gives notice to all interested parties that a public hearing will be held on the application of Poyant Signs, Inc. for a Special Permit under Article 23-7 Section 7.839 of the Zoning Ordinance. The applicant proposes the construction of several drive through elements on property located at 480 West Housatonic Street. The Public Hearing will be held on June 23rd, 2026, at 6:00PM by the City Council in the City Council Chambers at Pittsfield City Hall. The application is on file with the Department of Community Development Office, Room 205, City Hall, and with the City Clerk and may be viewed during regular hours (Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).
