TOWN OF LEE, MASSACHUSETTS ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 16th, 2026 at 5:30 pm in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 5 regarding Town of Lee Zoning Bylaws Sections 199-3.2 for the property at 165 Housatonic Street, owner Garden Management, Inc., in the "CBC" and "R-20" zoning districts (Map 19, Lot 4). The nature of the hearing is to present and discuss the request for a Special Permit for construction of a building within the Floodplain District. The meeting will be held in the Lee Town Hall Courtroom at 32 Main Street and via Zoom. Log-in information will be available at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting on the Town of Lee website (www.leema.gov).
