TOWN OF LENOX Zoning Board of Appeals Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday June 3rd 2026 at 7:00pm the Lenox ZBA will hear the petition of 525 Pittsfield Road LLC for property at 525 Pittsfield Road (Map 33, Parcel 6) in the C1A Zoning District. The petitioner is seeking a Special Permit under 8.11 and Site Plan Approval under 3.5.2 of the Zoning Bylaw to demolish the existing motel and construct a new gas station with a convenience store and a drive-through coffee shop. The applicants also request waivers from certain requirements of 7.1 Off-Street Parking and Loading and 8.1.1 Drive-Through Facilities.
