MOSQUITO CONTROL NOTICE The Berkshire County Mosquito Control Project will begin 2026 (ULV) Ultra Low Volume truck mounted spray applications to control flying mosquitoes from on or about June 1, 2026 to October 1, 2026. Applications are initiated by a demonstrated need based on surveillance data and action thresholds. All applications will occur between dusk and dawn Monday thru Friday. The material to be used is - DUET EPA# 1021-1795-8329 - MERUS 3.0 EPA# 8329-108 Any resident of a member town who wishes their property to be excluded from these applications should visit: https://www.mass.gov/forms/request-for-exclusion-from-widearea- application-of-pesticides.
