Qualified persons or businesses are requested to submit proposals to 70 Hodges Cross Road, North Adams, MA 01247 by no later than 9:00 am ET, June 15, 2026. A complete Request for Proposal packet may be obtained by emailing srose@mccanntech.org after 9:00 am ET Friday, May 15, 2026. Questions regarding the Request for Proposal shall be submitted to Melanie Medon at mmedon@mccanntech.org no less than 3 full business days prior to the submission deadline. A representative(s) from each design firm to be considered must attend a mandatory site visit on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 11:00 am ET at 70 Hodges Cross Road, North Adams, MA 01247. It is the design firm's responsibility to familiarize themselves with the RFP.
