Legal Notice - Berkshire Eagle The Town of New Marlborough, MA (hereinafter "Town") by its Board of Selectmen, and in accordance with M.G.L Chapter 7C as amended, seeks the services of a Designer for the renovation of the existing New Marlborough Town Hall building located at 807 Mill River Southfield, Mill River, MA. Complete Request for Qualifications (RFQ) proposal packets are available from the Owner's Project Manager, P-Three Inc., Email: RTodisco@P-threeinc.com. Sealed proposals will be accepted until the proposal deadline of June 3, 2026 at 2:00 PM Eastern time at the New Marlborough Town Administrator's Office. Refer to the RFQ for submission instructions and requirements. Late proposals will be rejected. Proposals will be opened and recorded immediately following the proposal deadline. Refer to the RFQ documents regarding an optional pre-proposal informational conference on site. The selected Designer shall be responsible for a programming and schematic design phase, investigations, surveys, estimate, and drawings for the refurbishment of the building. The estimated total project cost is to be determined. The Town of New Marlborough, acting through the Board of Selectmen, as the Awarding Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids wholly or in part; to waive technicalities and informalities; to amend and/or cancel bid prior to the time of opening; to make awards in a manner deemed best to the Town; to correct any award erroneously made as a result of a clerical error on the part of the Town.
