To evaluate the release, a Phase I Initial Site Investigation was performed pursuant to 310 CMR 40.0480. The site has been classified as Tier II pursuant to 310 CMR 40.0500. The City of Pittsfield filed a Tier II Classification Submittal with the Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP).
