PUBLIC HEARING ADAMS ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS In accordance with the Adams Zoning Bylaws and requirements of MGL c. 40A, the following public hearing will be conducted at the Town Hall, Mahogany Room, 1st floor, 8 Park Street, Adams, MA on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. Application of AJ Signs for property located at 99 Howland Avenue (Map 103, Parcel 2) requesting a Variance under 125-3 of the Adams Zoning Bylaw to grant relief from the Sign regulations found in 125-15 B. (1) to allow constructing an internally lit standing sign in an I Zoning District. Application of Kim Serrano for the property located at 166 Friend Street (Map 108, Parcel 125) requesting a Variance under 125-3 of the Adams Zoning Bylaw to grant relief from the side yard and front yard setback requirement (125 Attachment 2) to construct a garage in a R-3 Zoning District.
