Notice is hereby given that the Dalton Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing in person on May 20th, 2026 at 7:00 pm, at the Dalton Senior Center, for all parties interested in the proposed amendment, to see if the Dalton will amend the town bylaw 350-39.1, Accessory Dwelling Units, to add "a Movable Tiny House" to B. Definitions following "a unit that is part of an accessory structure", and before "or a unit that is part of an expanded or remodeled primary dwelling" in compliance with the citizens petition submitted to the Town of Dalton in January 2026. A board of 5 members will be presenting information and the bylaw text at this meeting. Following this, a period will be open for public input. This input will be taken into consideration when voting on the article.
