Town of Tyringham Conservation Commission Notice is hereby given that the Tyringham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday May 14, 2026, 7:00 PM, via Zoom only to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability . The application is filed by Kenneth & Teresa Salem for the parcel known as Map 403, Lot 14.1, on Main Road. The link will be available on the town website at least 48 hours in advance. The applicant wishes to construct a septic system for a new home and some of the described work is within the buffer zone. Copies are on file at the Town Hall and can be viewed Monday through Thursday 9 AM to 2 PM. All interested persons should attend the public hearing or submit comments in writing to the Conservation Commission.
