CITY OF PITTSFIELD ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a hearing at Pittsfield City Hall, Council Chambers on Wednesday May 20, 2026 at 7:00 P.M., to all parties interested in the petition of Arturo Aguillon requesting a Special Permit under Article 23 Section 4.306(F) and Variance from Article 23 Sections 4.306(F) and 4.306F(b) of the Zoning Ordinance to allow fencing which includes sections 6 feet tall and solid in the front yard setback along Loumar Drive, and 8 feet tall and solid within a side yard setback. The premises affected is located at 7 Trova Terrace and is in an R-12 zoning district.
