NOTICE OF INTENT TO FILE APPLICATION The Lanesborough Village Fire and Water District intends to file an application for federal financial assistance with the U. S. Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, Rural Utilities Service. The project includes the construction of a new public water supply (well) to address the closure of the District's Bridge Street well by MADEM due to PFAS contamination. The new well development will include connection to the District's existing water distribution system. The well construction is taking place on District owned property at 40 Bull Hill Road.
