Mickle and Sheri-Leigh Mickle to Greylock Federal Credit Union, and now held by Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not in its individual capacity but solely as Owner Trustee for NRPL 2024-RPL1 TRUST, said mortgage dated August 19, 2005 and recorded in the Berkshire County (Middle District) Registry of Deeds in Book 3310, Page 234, said mortgage was assigned from Greylock Federal Credit Union to AJX Mortgage Trust I, A Delaware Trust, Wilmington Savings Fund Society FSB, Trustee by assignment dated November 23, 2016 and recorded with said Registry of Deedsin Book 5888, Page 37; said mortgage was assigned from AJX Mortgage Trust I, A Delaware Trust, Wilmington Savings Fund Society FSB, Trustee to U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture trustee on behalf of and with respect to AJAX Mortgage Loan Trust 2017-A, Mortgage Backed Notes, Series 2017-A by assignment dated June 6, 2017 and recorded with said Registry of Deedsin Book 5984, Page 331; said mortgage was assigned from U.S. Bank National Association, as Indenture trustee on behalf of and with respect to AJAX Mortgage Loan Trust 2017-A, Mortgage Backed Notes, Series 2017-A to AJX Mortgage Trust I, A Delaware Trust, Wilmington Savings Fund Society FSB, Trustee by assignment dated January 7, 2020 and recorded with said Registry of Deedsin Book 6563, Page 220; said mortgage was assigned from AJX Mortgage Trust I, A Delaware Trust, Wilmington Savings Fund Society FSB, Trustee to Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, not in its individual capacity but solely as owner trustee of NRPL 2024-RPL1 Trust by assignment dated September 9, 2024 and recorded with said Registry of Deedsin Book 7707, Page 208; for breach of the conditions in said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same will be sold at Public Auction on May 26, 2026 at 04:00 PM Local Time upon the premises,all and singular the premises described in said mortgage, to wit: Beginning at a point in the westerly line of Holmes Road, which point marks the southeasterly corner of land conveyed by Grace E. Spaulding t Jane H. Hard, August 8, 1944, recorded in the Berkshire Middle District Registry of Deeds in Book 506, Page 568, "now" owned by one Mendel; Thence westerly along the southerly line of said Mendel's land to its southwesterly corner; Thence southerly in a straight line to the point marking the northwesterly corner of land conveyed by Ella M. Hibbard to Dorothy Hibbard by deed dated February 19, 1934, and recorded in said Registry in Book 461, Page 415, "now" owned by one Ernest Hibbard; Thence easterly along said Ernest Hibbard's northerly line to a point in the westerly line of said Holmes Road; Thence northerly along said westerly line of Holmes Road to a point and place of beginning. Meaning and intending to convey the same premises conveyed by deed of Robert F. Masiero and Janice C. Masiero, dated November 29, 1999 and recorded in the Berkshire Middle District Registry of Deeds on December 22, 1999 in Book 1699, Page 1076. The description of the property contained in the mortgage shall control in the event of a typographical error in this publication.
