LEGAL NOTICE INVITATION FOR BID SCHOOL BUS TRANSPORTATION Hancock School District Hancock School invites bids for the provision of SCHOOL BUS TRANSPORTATION. Bid specifications may be picked up in the front office of the Hancock School, 3080 Hancock Road, Hancock, MA 01254 on or after Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. or by calling 978-895-6063 after said time. A bidders conference will be held virtually on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. Call if you would like to be invited to the virtual conference or email rphillips@hancockschool.org. Completed bids are to be received by Hancock School, 3080 Hancock Road, Hancock, MA 01254 by 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at which time all bids will be publicly opened and recorded. All bids must be marked on the outside lower left-hand corner of the bidder's envelope "BID: JOINT SCHOOL BUS TRANSPORTATION: HANCOCK SCHOOL. No bid(s) will be accepted after the above-stated date and hour. Contracts awarded under this bid must be approved by the Hancock School - School Committee. Hancock School reserves the right to waive any informalities in any or all bids, or to reject any or all bids and select the bid in the best interest of the district, not just based on the lowest bid price, if it be in the best interest of the district to do so.
