Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, The Becket Conservation Commission will review the following: New Public Hearing: A Request for an Amended Order of Conditions for an Order of Conditions issued under MassDEP File# 102-0505 to increase the proposed footprint of the previous approved renovation of a single-family home at 42 Mountain Pasture Rd (Map 412, Lot 42). New Public Hearing: A Request for an Amended Order of Conditions for an Order of Conditions issued under MassDEP File# 102-0456 submitted by Palmer Brook Corporation to allow the property owner to conduct drawdowns for dam repair outside of approved drawdown times at 398 Plumb Rd (Map 408, Lot 37). A Request for a Determination of Applicability submitted by Peter Giano of 3949 Jacob's Ladder Rd (Map 201, Lot 21) for the removal of trees, clearing of brush and dead debris, and trimming of vegetation within the Buffer Zone of the Bank of Greenwater Pond.
