Town of Washington Planning Board Notice of Zoning Amendment Public Hearing The Town of Washington in accordance with the provisions of MGL Chapter 40A, Section 5, hereby gives notice to all interested parties that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 7:00 PM by the Planning Board. The public hearing will be held at Washington Town Hall, 8 Summit Hill Rd, Washington, MA. The Planning Board proposes the creation of two new sections of the zoning bylaw to 1) allow clustered residential development, and 2) create an overlay district to incorporate greater use potential of the property known locally as Bucksteep Manor, also identified as 885 Washington Mountain Rd or assessor map 409-0002 and 208-0037.
