Dalton Conservation Commission Legal Notice April 21, 2026 6:00 PM Public Hearing/Meeting Pursuant to M.G.L. Chap.131, Section 39A & 40, the MA Wetlands Protection Act & Berkshire Scenic Mt. Act, and Dalton Zoning Bylaw Chap.340, the Dalton Conservation Commission will hold a hybrid public hearing/meeting on Tuesday April 21 at 6pm at the Dalton Senior Center and virtually by Zoom to act on the following: WPA RDA - Route 8 - Submitted by MassDOT for the associated work to resurface Route 8 from Mile Marker 40.75 to 42.80.
