PITTSFIELD HOUSING AUTHORITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS REGARDING ITS FEDERAL HOUSING PROGRAMS The Pittsfield Housing Authority will hold Public Hearings to provide Section 8 Program Participants, Public Housing residents, and the General Public to have an opportunity to comment on the following draft documents: Annual PHA Federal Public Housing (FPH) Plan and 5-Year Federal Public Housing Plan for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2026 The draft FPH Annual Plan will be posted on the Pittsfield Housing Authority website, in the Pittsfield HA Main Office and on the Community Bulletin Boards at Columbia Arms, Jubilee and Dower Square (Public Housing) as of April 13, 2026. All the additional updated plans also listed above will be posted on the website by April 13, 2026.
