TOWN OF LEE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Select Board will hold a public hearing on an application for a Lodging Accommodation License from Dhan Leela, LLC d/b/a Econolodge Hotel, 980 Pleasant Street. This license request does not reflect any changes to the business operations, ownership, or use of the property. It is solely an administrative action to ensure that all lodging establishments in the Town of Lee are licensed consistently under the authority of the Select Board. Failure to make recommendations on this matter shall be deemed lack of opposition thereto. A copy of the application is available for review in the Select Board's Office, Memorial Hall, 32 Main Street, Lee, MA 01238.
