TOWN OF LEE, MASSACHUSETTS PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 27th, 2026 at 6:15pm in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 5 regarding proposed amendments to the Zoning Bylaws of the Town of Lee. The nature of the hearing is to present and discuss revisions of Chapter 199-3.1 Adaptive Reuse Overlay District (AROD). The meeting will be held in the Lee Town Hall Courtroom at 32 Main Street and via Zoom.
