NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Florida Conservation Commission The Florida Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing under MGL Ch. 131, 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, as required by the regulations 310 CMR 10.00. The hearing will be held in person on Thursday April 16, 2026, at 12:00 PM at the Florida Town Hall, 379 Mohawk Trail, Drury, MA 01343. The Commission will consider a Notice of Intent filed by New England Wind LLC for proposed widening of the entrance of the Crum Hill Access Road at the intersection with Tilda Hill Road and replacement of an existing culvert within the 100-foot Buffer Zone of Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and Inland Bank in Florida, Massachusetts.
