ADVERTISEMENT TO BID The ADAMS HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Emergency Lighting - Columbia Valley at Columbia Valley (667-1) in Adams, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by HESNOR ENGINEERING ASSOCIATES, PLLC. The Project consists of but not limited to: Installation of new exit signage and emergency lighting in the community building and (3) apartment buildings where none currently exist. Project includes two alternates to replace existing emergency lighting and remote heads in apartment building corridors The work is estimated to cost $55,000.00. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 04/14/2026 at 5:00PM EDT for general bids. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 26 to 27H inclusive. THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
