The premises affected are located at 710 Churchill Street and are in a(n) R-20 zoning district. A hearing upon this petition will be given at the Pittsfield City Hall Meeting Room 203 at 7:00 PM Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at which time you may appear either in person, or by agent, or by attorney, and present any reason which you may have as to the granting or denying of this petition.
