NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Executive Office for Administration and Finance, working with the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR), acting under statutory authority of Chapter 7 of the General Laws, and in conformance with chapter 30A, 2 of the General Laws, will hold public hearings on proposed amendments to portions of 801 CMR 4.02 Fees for Licenses, Permits, and Services to be Charged by State Agencies regarding fees charged for camping and parking; annual parking passes for non-residents of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; parking for veterans, disabled veterans, Purple Heart recipients, Gold Star Families, and active service members; and parking and boat rental fees related to the Quabbin Reservoir Fishing Program. The following public hearings will be conducted to receive verbal and written comments on the proposed regulation: Fall River Heritage State Park Monday, April 27, 2026 200 Davol Street 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Heritage Center Auditorium Fall River, Massachusetts Notch Visitor Center Wednesday, April 29, 2026 Holyoke Range State Park 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. 1500 West Street Amherst, Massachusetts Botume House Thursday, April 30, 2026 4 Woodland Road 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Stoneham, Massachusetts Verbal and written testimony may be presented at the public hearings; however, parties are requested to provide written copies of their oral testimony. Written comments will be accepted beginning March 30, 2026 and continue until 5:00 P.M. on May 1, 2026.
