TOWN OF LENOX Zoning Board of Appeals Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday April 15th 2025 at 7:00pm the Lenox ZBA will hear the petition of MRG CRW Holdings LLC c/o Hyatt Corporation for property at 112 Lee Road (Miraval in the Berkshires - Map 3, Parcel 55) in the R1A Zoning District. The petitioner is seeking a Special Permit Amendment under 3.4.2 and 8.10 of the Zoning Bylaw to construct a 60'x60' greenhouse to grow herbs, vegetables and plants for Resort use. This request is a modification to Special Permits originally granted in 1982, 1986, 1987, 2016, 2017 and 2018, as modified and amended.
