This hearing will discuss proposed amendments to Egremont's zoning bylaws: PROPOSED DRAFT ZONING BYLAW AMENDMENT: SHORT-TERM RENTALS To see if the Town will vote to amend the Egremont Zoning Bylaws by adding the following a Short-Term Rental (STR) definition to Section 2 (Definitions) and amending Section 5.1 (Table of Use Regulations) to establish Short-Term Rentals as a permitted use, and by adding Short-Term Rental Use Standards to Section 5.2.2 (Short-Term Rentals), to include 5.2.2.2 Off-Street Parking Requirements 5.2.2.3 Vehicular Circulation and Access 5.2.2.4 Exterior Lighting All interested parties are encouraged to attend.
