TOWN OF LEE SPECIAL PERMIT HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Select Board will hold a special permit hearing on an application in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A 9 (Special Permits) regarding Town of Lee Bylaws 199-9.2 (Multiple-dwelling developments) for the property located at 165 Stockbridge Road, owned by Abigail Noble, in the "R-30 Zoning District" (Map/Lot: 018.0-0000-0011.0). The nature of this permit is to allow for converting a duplex barn into a multi-dwelling unit. Failure to make recommendations on this matter shall be deemed lack of opposition thereto. A copy of the application is available for review in the Select Board's Office, Memorial Hall, 32 Main Street, Lee, MA 01238.
