REQUESTFORQUALIFICATIONS(RFQ) TOWN OF NEW MARLBOROUGH OWNER'SPROJECTMANAGER RENOVATION OF EXISTING TOWN HALL TheTownofNew Marlborough,actingthroughitsBoard of Selectmen, seeks the services of a qualified Owner's Project Manager (OPM) as defined in MGL Chapter 149, Section 44A 1/2 for a Town Hall renovation project. The scope of the OPM services includes representing the Town in the renovation of the existing Town Hall located at 807 Mill River Southfield Road, Mill River, MA 01244, through budget development, designer selection, public outreach, and oversight of design development with a second phase to include bid and award, oversight of construction, construction management, and final closeout of the project. The fee for the services will be negotiated. The RFQ package may be obtained from Mari Enoch, Town Administrator at nmbos@newmarlboroughma.gov An optional site visit will be conducted April 1 at 10:00 at the Town Hall. RFQ responses are due to the Town Administrator, Town Hall, 807 Mill River Southfield Road, Mill River, MA 01244 no later than April 17, 2026 at 2:00 pm. Responses after the specified time will not be considered.
