The hearing will include consideration of a Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) filed by Mr. Jeffery Destromp to confirm the delineated boundary of the BVW and inland bank demarcated at 0 Horton Road, Savoy Massachusetts. The proposed site work is within the 100-foot wetlands buffer zone.
