TOWN OF ADAMS FY 2026 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM PUBLIC HEARING The Adams Board of Selectmen will conduct a public hearing regarding the Town's FY2026 Massachusetts Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. The hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at 6:05 PM in the Selectmen's Meeting Room, Adams Town Hall. The hearing is being held to solicit public input on the specific contents of the Town's application for up to $950,000 in FY2026 CDBG funds. The Town is applying for grant funding to undertake rehabilitation of up to six (6) low-to-moderate income housing units and construction of improvements to Winter Street to address drainage, new paving, new sidewalks, and upgrades to curb ramps to meet ADA standards. Any person or organization having questions or comments concerning the Block Grant program, the Town's application under the FY2026 Community Development Fund, or proposed activities will have an opportunity to be heard. All interested citizens and organizations are urged to attend.
