TOWN OF WILLIAMSTOWN REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS PROPERTY SALE and REDEVELOPMENT of 59 WATER STREET The Town of Williamstown requests proposals for the sale and redevelopment of the vacant parcel of land at 59 Water Street, formerly the site of the Williamstown Public Works garage, further identified as assessor's parcel 131-28 and consisting of 1.27-acres more or less. The site is available for inspection during daylight hours at the convenience of interested parties. A formal site visit will be held on Monday March 23 at 10:00 AM.
