To evaluate the release, a Phase I Initial Site Investigation was performed pursuant to 310 CMR 40.0480. The site was classified as TIER I pursuant to 310 CMR 40.0560 on December 1, 2020. In February 2026, Blue Chair Properties filed a TIER II Reclassification Submittal with the Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP).
