Public Notice Town of Lenox Request for Proposals 26-002 FY2027-2029 Cyclical Re-inspection Program of Improved Real Property - Commercial/Industrial Property and Collection of Commercial Personal Property; and Class 504 Utility Valuations The Town of Lenox, ("Town"), acting through its Town Manager and in conjunction with the Board of Assessors invites sealed proposals from qualified companies to provide revaluation services both for the Town's ongoing Valuation Maintenance for FY2027, FY2028 and FY2029, the Cyclical Re-Inspection Program of Improved Real Property and Commercial /Industrial Property, the collection of Commercial Personal Property and Utility Valuations. Specifications for this job are outlined below and shall be strictly followed. Completed proposals must be received at the Office of the Board of Assessors which is located at Town Hall, 6 Walker St, Lenox, MA 01240 by Noon on Thursday, March 12, 2026. Proposals must be sealed and clearly marked "Proposal for Valuation Maintenance Services". Proposals received after the deadline will be returned unopened. Corporate bidders must submit an executed Certificate of Vote (form attached to RFP) stating that the person signing the bid has the authority to bind the corporation. Proposals may not be withdrawn within 30 consecutive days after the proposal deadline. The Town will determine the most advantageous proposal from responsible and responsive proposer, taking into consideration price and all evaluation criteria set forth in the RFP.
