Chapter 91 Application Number 25-WW01-0161-APP Applicant: Jeffrey Carr Project Location: 669 Churchill Street, Parker Pond (Lulu & Parker Brooks), Pittsfield, Berkshire County Notification Date: February 11, 2026 Public Comments Deadline: February 27, 2026 Public Notice is hereby given of the Chapter 91 Permit Application by Jeffrey Carr to conduct improvement dredging (4,535 cubic yards of aquatic sediments to a depth of approximately 5-feet over an area of approximately 47,120 square feet) within waters of Parker Pond (Lulu & Parker Brooks) at 669 Churchill Street, Pittsfield, Berkshire County. The proposed project has been determined to be a Water-Dependent Use. The Department will consider all written comments on this Chapter 91 Application received by February 27, 2026 (Public Comments Deadline). Failure of any aggrieved person or group of ten (10) citizens or more to submit written comments to the Department by the Public Comments Deadline will result in the waiver of any right to an adjudicatory hearing in accordance with 310 CMR 9.13(4)(c). The group of citizens must include at least five (5) citizens who are residents of the municipality in which the proposed project is located. A public hearing may be held upon request by the Municipal Official.
