TOWN OF STOCKBRIDGE PUBLIC HEARING In accordance with Chapter 138 of the Massachusetts General Laws, the Stockbridge Select Board will hold a hearing on Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 6:30 pm at the Town Offices, 50 Main Street, Stockbridge and via Zoom on the Boston Symphony Orchestra Inc., d/b/a Tanglewood Highwood Building located at 2 Hawthorne Street in Stockbridge (License No. 00027-CL-1240) request to amend its liquor license issued pursuant to G.L. c. 138, 12 in the following ways: (1) Alteration of Premises; (2) Change of Officers and Directors; and (3) Change of DBA. Specifically, the Licensee seeks to expand the serving premises to third floor of premises. The premises consists of three floors and two patios totaling 11,111 sq. ft. of interior space and 2,350 sq. ft. of patio and outdoor seating. The first floor will have 10 rooms, 9 entrances and exits, and 3 bathrooms. The second floor will have 7 rooms and 4 bathrooms. The third floor will have 7 rooms and 3 bathrooms. The building will have a seating capacity of 320 and occupancy of 462. The outdoor space consists of 1,230 sq. ft. of covered brick patio on the southwesterly side of the building and approximately 1,300 sq. ft. of roped-off lawn on the northwesterly side of the building.The Licensee also seeks to amend its officers and directors as outlined in the application and change the d/b/a name to Tanglewood Highwood Manor.
