Town of Sheffield Public Hearing on CDBG Application The Town of Sheffield's Select Board will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 PM, Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at the Sheffield Town Hall, 21 Depot Square, Sheffield, MA 01257 to discuss the submittal of a FY26 Sheffield CDBG Housing Rehabilitation grant application and to receive public comment on the submittal. The single activity proposed in this application is a Housing Rehabilitation Program on behalf of the residents of the town of Sheffield for approximately $950,000 in funding to rehabilitate up to 11 homes. This application is being drafted and submitted by Berkshire Regional Planning Commission (BRPC) on behalf of the town of Sheffield. Residents of the town are invited to attend and comment. Any person or organization wishing to be heard will be afforded an opportunity to be heard. Allowance will be made for submittal of written comments by those wishing to do so.
