TOWN OF LENOX NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BOARD OF SELECTMEN Notice is hereby given that a hearing will be held by the Board of Selectmen in their capacity as Licensing Board on an application for the transfer of an annual All Alcoholic Innholders license which has been filed with the Local Licensing Board by Housatonic Hotel F&B, LLC, d/b/a Berkshire Untold, Jeffrey Bourdon, proposed Manager for premises located at 194 Pittsfield Road, Lenox and consisting of approximately 2 4,146 sqft with a reception area of 200.16 sqft, the lounge is 726.64 sqft and the outdoor patio is 1,635 sqft the reception area and lounge are on the southerly side of the hotel. The lounge is one-story with immediate access to an outdoor patio on the westerly and southerly side of the building. There are four entrances and exits total.
