TOWN OF ALFORD BOARD OF SELECTMEN Notice is hereby given that at 6:00 PM on Monday, January 12, 2026, at the Alford Town Hall at 5 Alford Center Road, Alford, Massachusetts, the Alford Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing on the application of Robert and Eileen Rominger for property located at 30 North Egremont Road, Alford, Massachusetts, Alford Assessors Map 403, Lot 39, to construct an Accessory Structure greater than 20 feet in height or 600 square feet of gross floor area, which requires a Special Permit from the Board of Selectmen under the Alford Zoning Bylaw, Appendix B, # 9b.
