The meeting is to act on an application filed by William & Debra Rhodes, 21 Bear Hill Road Hinsdale, MA 01235 (Map 112, Lot 243). The application is to request a special permit under Section 6-General Regulations 6-a "non-conforming structures, uses & lots." Applicant proposes to build a mud room addition on the existing house and a detached garage.
