LEGAL NOTICE Request for Proposals (RFP) BCC 26-004 Learning Management System (LMS) Berkshire Community College ("BCC") is soliciting competitive proposals for a Learning Management System. Proposal documents will be available beginning January 5, 2026 at 10:00am on www.berkshirecc.edu/about-bcc/procurement Two separate proposals must be submitted. A Technical proposal and a separate Price proposal. No pricing information shall be included in the Technical proposal. Any Technical proposal that includes pricing information will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered. Proposals will be received until January 26, 2026 at 2:00pm. Proposals shall be submitted via email to mmellace@berkshirecc.edu. The Technical and the Price proposals can be submitted via one email, but MUST be separate files. The Subject of the email must read: RFQ BCC 26-004 LMS. BCC is not responsible for any late or inaccurately identified proposals. Late proposals will not be accepted. All times listed are understood to be Eastern Standard Time (EST) unless otherwise noted. Prices quoted must be available for acceptance for at least one hundred and twenty (120) days after the bid closing date. BCC reserves the right to accept the proposal deemed best for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and BCC. The Contract will be awarded to the Vendor who offers the best combination of price, capability and service options as determined by BCC.
