TOWN OF ADAMS FY 2022/23 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM PUBLIC HEARING The Adams Board of Selectmen will conduct a public hearing regarding the Town's FY2022/23 Massachusetts Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. The hearing will be held on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at 6:05 PM in the Selectmen's Meeting Room, Adams Town Hall. The hearing is being held to review the status of projects under the Town's FY 2022/23 CDBG program, the first involving the rehabilitation of up to ten (10) low-to-moderate income housing units and the second is reconstruction of existing pavement and sidewalks in the Route 8 Target Area that are in fair or poor condition, including improved pavement, accessibility, and drainage on Cook, Albert, and Pleasant Streets. Any person or organization having questions or comments concerning the Block Grant program will have an opportunity to be heard. All interested citizens and organizations are urged to attend. For those unable to attend, written comments may be submitted to the Community Development Department, Adams Town Hall, 8 Park Street, Adams, MA 01220.
