Egremont Special Town Meeting - Synopsis The Town of Egremont will hold a Special Town Meeting on December 11, 2022, 6:00PM, at Mount Everett High School Cafeteria, 491 Berkshire School Road, Sheffield MA, to vote on the following Zoning Bylaw amendments: Article 1 - Modify Definitions and Use Regulations Modifies Section 2 (Definitions), Section 5.1 (Table of Use Regulations), and Section 5.2 (Use Standards)/ Article 2 - Modify and Expand Development Standards Modifies Section 2 (Definitions) and Section 4.6 (General Development Standards).
