The applicant is requesting special permits under 5.3.3 "Non-Conforming Structures" and 5.2."Schedule of Uses" and a variance under MGL Chapter 40A 10 to request relief from 6.2.1 "Two-Family House or Duplex" of the Lenox Zoning bylaw to allow a duplex on a parcel of less than 20,000 square feet. The project involves conversion of an existing mixed-use building to a duplex in the C district.
