ADVERTISEMENT The Adams Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the EOHLC #004093 Boiler Replacement to ASHP project at State Aided Development: 3-1/2 Grove Street (705-1E), in Adams, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Hesnor Engineering Associates, PLLC.The Project consists of but is not limited to: Removal of existing boiler system and installation of air source heat pumps and electric water heater. Electrical work includes powering of new plumbing/HVAC equipment and upgrading existing electric services. The work is estimated to cost $153,074 Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J and to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive. FILED SUB-BID TRADES: Electrical Work General bids and sub-bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates), and made payable to the Adams Housing Authority. General bidders must agree to contract with minority and women business enterprises as certified by the Supplier Diversity Office (SDO).
